LET ME DEFINE IT FOR YOU

Self Value: It is your worth that has no monetary value and can only be defined by you and no one else. You must recognize, appreciate, and increase your worth. You already know what you deserve. You shouldn't be explaining or asking anyone how they should treat you. They should know better. When others do not put effort into you, they are already letting you know that you are not a priority to them. So why should you attempt to cure someone who isn't supposed to be in your life? Continue to increase your self-esteem; don't underestimate your worth if you want to see a change where others will be chasing after you and you won't have to reduce your expectations. Know your worth because you are enough.

Anger: The annoyance caused by the idiocy of the human race and their deeds. If someone's words do not match their actions, it is a sure sign that you are being played. Don't be afraid to confront them. At the same time, you should consider whether it is worth your time, energy, and mental capacity. Anger is a perfectly normal feeling, and you should not be ashamed of expressing it. Anger can be communicated in a variety of healthy ways; it does not have to include screaming, yelling, throwing objects, physically fighting, or smashing things.

Trust: You build an honest bridge with an induvial. And whether pretty small white falsehoods or black lies are involved, the gloom of the storm destroys the bridge of honesty. It will cost a lot of money and work to rebuild the bridge. After all, you shouldn't be wasting money and time on repairing a broken bridge; instead, save it all for yourself.

Change: We are resisting an inevitable transformation because the changes are never accepted by society or anyone else. You are expected to look for something that you left in the past. As a result, you lose hope, as well as a bit of yourself. So, instead of trying to fix or change yourself to avoid change, try accepting it. Accept your favorable as well as undesirable features. Your abilities coexist with your insecurities. Face them and allow them to become a part of you. Earth itself has both positive and negative poles. We never criticize it. So why are you being so hard on yourself? You progress from acceptance to growth and being the best version of yourself at the moment.

Validation: Trying to get butterflies in your stomach and a lift in your ego by seeking acceptance from others. It provides you with rapid yet fictitious confidence. It is incredibly toxic and unhealthy to expect to be validated for your existence. You don't need other people to tell you how amazing you are or how terrible you can be at times. You understand yourself better than anyone else. If you don't think you do, it's time to find out.

Ice Cream: A delicate, pleasant, cool remedy for sadness and depression. A bucket of ice cream and your comfort show, and you'll feel better in 30 minutes.

Journaling: Keeping a diary and writing down your thoughts. It is a safe place for you to express your opinions. You've had conversations with your thoughts before. They might be lovely and innovative at times, but they can also run like horses in your head. Consider your ideas to be a third person; any communication you have with them is a scenario, not a fact. Let us make friends with our thoughts rather than enemies.
